This policy explains what information is handled when you read pluspepts.com. It is short because the site does very little.
PlusPeps+ publishes this site and decides how the limited data described below is handled. Questions about this policy go to editor@pluspepts.com.
Like almost every website, the server that delivers these pages records standard technical information for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser and device type. This is used to keep the site running and secure, which is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The site remembers that you have seen the cookie notice by storing a small value in your browser. Identifiers passed in a page address by an advertising platform may be read and carried forward to the next site you visit, so that a visit can be attributed to the advertisement or link it came from. If measurement tags from Google are added to this site, they may set cookies for the same purpose, and their handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy terms.
You can block or delete cookies and stored values in your browser settings at any time, and the site will continue to work.
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply and to act on a correction, and for nothing else. We do not add you to any list.
Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Email is kept for as long as the conversation needs and then deleted in the ordinary course.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live. To make a request, write to the address above and we will respond within one month.
This resource is written for adult readers aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
